Engin Kalafatoğlu, a passionate entrepreneur at the age of 24, deeply enamored with surfing, sailing, nature, and sports, embarks on relentless explorations with his boat to discover the best waters and surfing spots in Turkey. During one of these exploratory voyages, he stumbles upon exactly what he’s been searching for. The moment he lays eyes on it from afar, he knows he has found “it.” Filled with excitement, he rushes to his father, Mr. Nazmi Kalafatoğlu, and utters a sentence that sounds almost impossible to us today:
“I’ve found Turkey’s finest sea and coastline! It’s in a place called Alaçatı…”
Our Hotel
Alaçatı Beach Resort, nestled in the charming Alaçatı region, sprawls across a 55,000 m2 area of lush greenery, right by the sea.
